Office suites

StarOffice 5.2 is good. I use it all the time. I've played with the beta of StarOffice 6, and it looks even better.

Web page editors

IBM HomePage Creator is a WYSIWYG tool that works OK. Not the greatest, but it works in a pinch. It's free from IBM.

Quanta is pretty darn good, but it's not WYSIWYG. If you use HomeSite or HTMLKit on Windows, you'll like Quanta.

Bluefish is recommended by a lot of people, bit it doesn't clean up its temp files when it's done.
